The Wellington, located in Liberty, MO, will be a 158,990 square ft senior living community consisting of (91) independent living units, (44) assisted living units and (18) memory care units. This facility will feature common areas, offices, commercial kitchen, beauty shop, and exercise and social rooms. Additionally, each unit will have it’s own fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer.
